Frequently asked questions
What is a tilting pan used for?
It boils, fries, deep fries, braises and keeps food warm in one pan. Rice, dal, gravies, curries, pasta and fried items can all be cooked in it, so one unit replaces several pots and fryers.
What is the difference between the iVario Pro L and the Pro L P?
Both have a 100 litre pan. The P model also has pressure cooking, which cooks meat, dal and legumes up to 35% faster.
Which iVario size do I need?
The 2-XS and Pro 2-S have two small pans for 30 to 100 meals a day. The Pro L (100 litres) suits 100 to 300 meals, and the Pro XL (150 litres) up to 500 meals a day.
